About the warranty and shelf life

1. A different model is equipped with corresponding free spare parts (Generally speaking, enough for one year) and tools.
2. It is a warranty period of 12 months after arriving at the buyer's factory, providing non-human damage.
3. The seller will send spare parts to the buyer for free if they were not caused by unreasonable operation in the warranty period. Otherwise, the buyer pays for all costs.
4. Train buyer’s technician in our factory is free. The round-trip charges are paid by the buyer.
5. The seller sends engineers to the buyer’s factory to install the machines and train the buyer’s technicians if the buyer requires them.
6. The buyer needs to pay for all of the round-trip charges for the seller's engineers, including the visa fee, air tickets, local accommodation, food, local traffic charges, and so on.
7. The buyer also needs to pay each of the seller's engineers USD 100 per day as a salary.
8. Provide detailed and professional manuals and videos to show how to operate, install, and maintain machines and construction drawings; before delivery, connect and debug all equipment according to the workshop layout, and paste the mark. Simultaneously shoot the video and save it to the U disk; provide services online via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat.

How to choose a fit model for the ZLD series filling capping machine

1. One filling and capping machine only can screw 1 size kind of spout & cap.
   
   
    
2. The spout pouch volume range; 
3. The filling products; It is better if there is a video showing the viscosity.
4. We also need about 200 of your pouch samples to test the machine and pouch before delivery.
5. A1 / A2 suit to screw normal caps; B1 / B2 suit to screw anti-choking caps.
6. A1 / B1 has 1 group piston pump (2 pump body) to feed; A2 / B2 has 2 groups piston pump (2 pump body*2) to feed.
7. About the production speed

1. The pouch volume, bigger bag slower speed;
2. The product viscosity, higher viscosity slower speed;
3. The inner diameter of the spout.

8. Optional device

1. Spout pouches (only for spouts with 2 grooves) hung rail. One clip can hang 50-55 spout pouches at a time. It can reduce the workload of the operator and improve work efficiency.
2. Anti-drip filling valve. This design suits milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, high-viscosity liquid, gel, it can suck the excess back to the pipeline after filling, to avoid dripping and spraying to the outside of the spout pouch and the machine.

4. UV sterilizer unit 20W2 pcs. Two ultraviolet lamps are installed inside the machine, which can sterilize the spout pouches and caps.

6. SUS 304 pipe TIG welding (Pipe argon-filled & back purging). The welding processes of pipe fittings are particularly suitable for the feeding of milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, dairy, high-viscosity liquid, gel. No cleaning dead Angle and no garbage.
7. Rinse spout device. Automatically rinse the outside of the spout between filling and capping; automatically discharge.
