Q: What are the pre-sales technical supports?
A: We can design workshop layouts, the universal techniques (formula, production process, etc) for food and beverage,
and the information on suppliers such as packing material, food additive, and accessorial equipment in China for free.
Q: How can I guarantee the quality of the machine if I can't go to the site to inspect the machine?
A: Please provide us with sample bags and product samples as early as possible for designing, manufacturing and testing machines, and test videos and pictures for you to check machines before shipping.
Q: What’s your warranty policy?
A: It is a warranty period of 12 months after arriving at your factory, providing non-human damage. We will send spare parts to you for free if they were not caused by unreasonable operation in the warranty period. Otherwise, you pay for all costs. We provide lifetime technical service.
Q: How to install my machines after receiving it?
A: Only with the right know-how will you really get the best out of your equipment.
We supply a printed manual, a USB disk which was saved installation, operation, and maintenance videos, and construction drawings.
We can arrange for a professional technician to install and adjust the machine, as well as train the operator to run, adjust and maintain it until you can make the perfect products.
We have technical services online via WhatsApp, WeChat, Messenger, etc.
Q. What's the payment term you could supply?
A. For standard filling machines, we accept 30% T/T as a deposit, and the balance is paid after your inspection before delivery; for customized filling machine, it is 50% T/T as a deposit. We can also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
