- The stand-up pouch is a popular international packaging shape. It is also called Spout Pouch, Doypack, and Pre-shaped bags. It is a novel form of packaging, with diverse modeling, reliable measurement, capping firm, easy-to-use, and low-cost packaging materials, etc.
- ZLD-B1 is an upgraded small, smart, higher efficiency, stable, and wide range of applications filling and capping machine. Except for manual hanging pouches, other processes are automatic, such as sending pouches, sending caps, filling, capping, pouch unloading, counting, etc. It suits almost liquid, and semi-liquid with different viscosities, such as drinking water; fruit flavor drinks, energetic drinks, fruit juice; jelly, grass jelly, ice pop; milk, mixing flavor yogurt; honey, sports gel; fruit jam, jam, tomato sauce, salad dressing; shampoo, laundry liquid, detergents; cooking oil. It is suited to fill low and high-viscosity liquid. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.

How to choose a fit model
- One filling and capping machine only can screw 1 size kind of spout & cap;
- The spout pouch volume range;
- The filling products; It is better if there is a video showing the viscosity.
- We also need about 200 of your pouch samples to test the machine and pouch before delivery.
- A1 / A2 suit to screw normal caps; B1 / B2 suit to screw anti-choking caps.
- A1 / B1 has 1 group piston pump (2 pump body) to feed; A2 / B2 has 2 groups piston pump (2 pump body*2) to feed.
- About the production speed
- The pouch volume, bigger bag slower speed;
- The product viscosity, higher viscosity slower speed;
- The inner diameter of the spout.

- Optional device
- Spout pouches (only for spouts with 2 grooves) hung rail. One clip can hang 50-55 spout pouches at a time. It can reduce the workload of the operator and improve work efficiency.
- Anti-drip filling valve. This design suits milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, high-viscosity liquid, and gel, it can suck the excess back to the pipeline after filling, to avoid dripping and spraying to the outside of the spout pouch and the machine.
- Aseptic filling (3-gear FFU575*575mm Laminar fan filter unit). https://youtu.be/jeAuufyt4I4 Install this air filter unit on the top of the machine to ensure that the inside of the machine is an aseptic airtight space.
- UV sterilizer unit 20W2 pcs. Two ultraviolet lamps are installed inside the machine, which can sterilize the spout pouches and caps.
- Acrylic (PMMA) Observation window. Easy to observe the internal operation/status of the machine.
- SUS 304 pipe TIG welding (Pipe argon-filled & back purging). The welding processes of pipe fittings are particularly suitable for the feeding of milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, dairy, high-viscosity liquid, and gel. No cleaning dead Angle and no garbage.
- Rinse spout device. Automatically rinse the outside of the spout between filling and capping; automatically discharge.
